iPhone Mail Setup

1. Tap “Settings” app

2. Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars“

3. Tap “Add Account…“

4. Tap “Other” 

5. Tap “Add Mail Account”

6. Enter Name, address

7. Select IMAP.

8. Under “Incoming mail server”
Set “Host Name” to our servers hostname (per the cPanel Configure Mail details)
Set “username” to email@yourdomain.com
Set “password” to your password

9. Under “Outgoing mail server”
Set “Host name” to mail.yourdomain.com
Set “User name” to email@yourdomain.com
Set password to your password


You are now ready to send and receive emails via your iPhone.
If you are having trouble sending, check the SMTP Server Details by going to:
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Select the Mail Account > Account > SMTP > Primary (if there are others listed). The screen should look like this:
